Meet the Team

Jun & Sunmin Lee
Founder
Jun (Romania MK) and Sunmin (Russia MK) founded MCTC Community in 2017 with a vision to raise MK’s for His glory. Since then, the Lord has been unpacking His good and complex will for MK’s. We believe that MK’s have an unparalleled spiritual inheritance in missions. As we have been challenging MK’s to step into their missional inheritance, we are saying yes to continue building what Jun’s father began 33 years ago. We invite you to join our community to raise up the next generation of MK missionaries!
Huichan & Juhe Kim
Romania
Huichan (Cambodia MK) and Juhe (China MK) carry a deep desire to walk alongside fellow MKs, helping them discover who they are in Christ, find restoration, and step into the inheritance God has prepared for them. As they step into the mission field with their three sons—Reuel, Lujah, and Ruah—their hearts are full of hope and expectation. With a deep desire to walk in step with God’s will, they long to share the gospel, cultivate a spirit of deeper worship, and simply do life alongside the local community—just as Jesus did. Their family goes not just as messengers, but as a living testimony of God’s love, ready to pour out what they’ve received.

Enoch & Joyce Hang
USA Directors
Joyce (China MK) and Enoch believe that God has poured love into them for the overflow of the greater community. As directors of MCTC USA, they are passionate about supporting missionaries through kingdom-centered financial stewardship, marriage counseling, MK care and apprehending MCTC’s role in global missions.
This year, their goal is to support Yaeju and Kyungyoon transition as MK dorm parents, by nurturing their faith in Jesus and helping expand their opportunities. They also will serve as the headquarters for the MCTC Romania team.
Kyungyoon & Yaeju
USA
Married in 2019 with a shared vision for missions, our journey began in Christchurch, New Zealand, where Kyungyoon studied Theology and gained practical experience. We also lived in a unique community project that deeply challenged and refined us. This year, we arrived in California for Kyungyoon’s M.Div at GMU and were introduced to MCTC a few weeks before Sunmin and Jun’s departure. Though the role seemed overwhelming, we sensed God’s gentle call through the prayers. We fully embrace MCTC’s relationship-centered ministry and believe caring for MKs is as vital as supporting missionaries for sustainable, Kingdom-building mission work.
